Jag ser det hos organisationerna jag m\u00f6ter och jag l\u00e4ser om det i media. Oavsett bransch och ledarskapsniv\u00e5 springer m\u00e4nniskor fortare och fortare.<br><br>Som om livet vore en t\u00e4vling.<br><br>Som om v\u00e5rt v\u00e4rde m\u00e5ste bevisas om och om igen.<br><br>Som om vi aldrig riktigt f\u00e5r stanna upp och k\u00e4nna att vi redan h\u00f6r hemma h\u00e4r.<br><br>Kanske \u00e4r det d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vi \u00f6ppnar datorn igen n\u00e4r barnen har somnat. Inte f\u00f6r att arbetet alltid \u00e4r s\u00e5 viktigt eller s\u00e5 roligt. Utan f\u00f6r att vi lever i en ber\u00e4ttelse d\u00e4r vi st\u00e4ndigt m\u00e5ste f\u00f6rtj\u00e4na v\u00e5r plats.<br><br>En ber\u00e4ttelse om separation.<br><br>Att jag \u00e4r en ensam individ i en os\u00e4ker v\u00e4rld. Att resurserna \u00e4r begr\u00e4nsade. Att andra \u00e4r konkurrenter. Att framg\u00e5ng handlar om att kontrollera mer, prestera mer och \u00e4ga mer.<br><br>Men t\u00e4nk om ber\u00e4ttelsen \u00e4r fel?<br><br>Under all v\u00e5r str\u00e4van finns en av de mest grundl\u00e4ggande fr\u00e5gorna:<br><br><strong>Vem \u00e4r jag?<\/strong><br><br>\u00c4r jag en separerad individ som m\u00e5ste k\u00e4mpa f\u00f6r sin plats i v\u00e4rlden?<br><br>Eller \u00e4r jag redan en del av n\u00e5got st\u00f6rre?<br><br>\u00c4r vi i grunden frikopplade fr\u00e5n varandra \u2013 eller sammanl\u00e4nkade?<br><br>\u00c4r livet fr\u00e4mst en kamp om positioner och resultat \u2013 eller en m\u00f6jlighet att bidra, skapa och v\u00e4xa tillsammans?<br><br>F\u00f6rr eller senare m\u00f6ter vi de fr\u00e5gorna. Ingen fulltecknad kalender kan skydda oss fr\u00e5n dem f\u00f6r alltid.<br><br>Och ja, jag tycker att de h\u00f6r hemma \u00e4ven i yrkeslivet.<br><br>F\u00f6r hur vi ser p\u00e5 oss sj\u00e4lva p\u00e5verkar hur vi leder. Hur vi bygger organisationer. Hur vi samarbetar.
