How to analyze roles and deliver optimal value by adjusting one's work values, differentiating one's time use and strategically developing skills for tomorrow.

Dessutom gick jag redan som 16-åring min första meditationskurs och har sedan dess hängivet vidareutbildat, fördjupat och certifierat mig inom coaching, filosofi, psykologi, trauma, andlighet, mindfulness, mental träning och neurovetenskap medan relationen till Jesus är det som betytt mest. En nästan radikal mening att skriva i ett sekulariserat och polariserat samhälle.

After a decade of living in the Swiss Alps with skiing and climbing as my passion, I also know how to focus when the situation is sharp. These experiences have proven to be just as valuable in management teams as they are on mountaintops. Maybe because we are all human beings with a nervous system that reacts, regardless of what is stressing us.

Freedom and Meaningfulness have been keywords in my life and led to many difficult decisions. The fear of the unknown has sometimes made me wait too long before daring to take the necessary steps to live a vibrant life in line with what is valuable to me. Through these decisions over the years, I have learned a lot about living authentically, about combining responsibility with creativity, about giving room for the immeasurable in the measurable and about daring to let myself be led from within.
